Your company has successfully completed the job on time at the highest quality level. The installation was done in a most professional manner with a priority to detail and customer satisfaction.
The demolition and rebuild of a kitchen is no easy task. There are numerous issues, many deadline, contractors to coordinate and schedule adherence so as the customer gets back to their normal way of life. You and your company successfully handled all of these items and in only five weeks from the start of construction we had a new kitchen.
You were always focused on the needs of the customer.
When a new cabinet door needed replacement, there was no debate and a new one was ordered. When there was cost alternatives, you provided them with openness and support. When there were a few issues to revolve (a common occurrence in a kitchen renovation), you provided customer focus and satisfaction.
In addition, you were able to coordinate your efforts with that of the other kitchen contractors and our work schedule, and provide flexibility when needed.
As we enjoy our new kitchen, we will always appreciate the effort from Shore & Country Kitchens.

"I just had to put the words to paper -- Thank you and your staff for turning my kitchen into a dream come true! It was a long time coming for me to finally change what I was accustomed to, but I must have been waiting for you to come along.
Dan and I are very happy (although he still doesn't know where anything is!) and all the oohs and aahs from anyone who comes in should be on a recorder for you to hear!
The whole "ordeal" was made very easy from the calls to Kirstin; your great plans and ideas that now give me so much more room; and Art, who spent the week here and used his great skills as a carpenter, to make it look
like a magazine picture.
